The Medfield Community Association welcomes community/developer discussions prior to Zoning, BMZA, and Baltimore City Planning submittals by the developer. The projects below give a brief overview of Baltimore City approved development in-and-around the Medfield community.


Union Mill Apartment Complex

Seawall Development Company are the purchasers of the largest historic stone mill in the State of Maryland. The project, Union Mill, at Union Avenue and Buena Vista Avenue, Hampden will be a mixed use center with below market rate housing for teachers and office space for non profits. The building is located in Baltimore’s historic Hampden across the Jones’ Falls from the successful redevelopments of Meadow Mill and Clipper Mill. Apartments Available in August 2011
